1) third party recruiters are slimey; they created an income based off of middling.
Seriously they don’t really do much. Pipe out the same templates and collect 10-20% for doing jack shit work. But they are a pretty face.
2) contract work creates a “I don’t give a fuck attitude” because I won’t see this projects end. Businesses hurt because they have shit work and disloyalty. Employees pick up the slack. Contractors have to balance finish just enough to get paid vs apply like hell to places.
