For the longest time, I've watched my dog enjoy a hard 3pm naptime. This usually goes on for roughly an hour and I noticed she seems very relieved and rambunctious afterwards. I work for a large meat packing facility that abuses and undervalues their employees. For the last few weeks I've been attempting to convince management to allow us a 1 hour naptime during our shift as a means to increase worker satisfaction. My direct supervisor had the gumption to tell me to “Take my a$$ back to kindergarten”
I'm thinking of forming a labor strike if nothing changes.
