Need a raise at a job I am not a good fit for and am not great at

I work for a tiny nonprofit, I am the only employee who has only worked in the pandemic, the only one who has not met the entire staff, and the only one who has been at the company less than 5 years. I don’t know the culture, and two people have left since I started. The only feedback I ever receive is when I’ve forgotten something or screwed it up. I have never received positive feedback, and have had several tasks taken from me, but have also taken over tasks for people who have left and that we can’t replace.

Obviously I am looking for a job I suck less at, (and where the bosses son doesn’t work at the company) but with inflation, I am making way less money to do more work, big chunks of which I wasn’t hired for, was barely trained for and suck at.

TLDR; how do I ask for more money at my yearly review when I am bad at my job?
