I'm planning on starting a business soon (I'm still waiting for a hernia repair so may be quite a while)
I'd be detailing models / custom dioramas, bases etc…
If I did well enough to need help and hired someone for a few hours a week to help prep and eventually teach how to do the complex stuff, how would I do it?
Say I needed a person one day a week, how do you make sure you're not exploiting them?
I'd ideally hire a nerdy 6th former who just wanted a bit of beer money (as I once was) and pay them above the adult min wage (I think it's too low for adults and if a 16 year old does the same job they deserve the same pay as a 25 year old)
It would be just me at first as it may take a while to be able to pay myself a minimum wage.
I'm open to any ideas and this is the only group of people I think could help me find a solution that worked for everyone!
