I contacted Human Resources ELEVEN WEEKS AGO to enquire about if I'm eligible for 10 years long service leave but they have been telling me they'll “look into it and get back to me”. I'm not quite sure what is involved in working out if someone is eligible for long service leave but almost 3 months seems a bit excessive? For reference I'm living overseas so I can't go and see them in person. And it's not a massive company either.
