Generally, what percentage of that should go to you?
Yes – it will depend on a lot of variables. if you need a specific example to work with, your current employment, contract, job, will work.
Assume that you make enough to live on (and I completely understand that there are people who don't). Just in general, Company makes X, what percent should go to the people who did the work?
