Just saw the Roseanne S1:E23 “Let's call it quits” where Jackie mentions they make $8/hr at the Wellman Plastics, and they can barely survive on that. That was 1989, and Illinois is barely at $12. Wow a whopping $4, after 32 years. I am shocked that employers think that is a good wage.
