I've been seeing so many posts of people and their managers fighting through texts. I can see how difficult it must be to work (and live) under those circumstances. But I can't help but wonder (other than ones who are simply being assholes), how fucked up they must feel.
Imagine being so desperate and driven to pressure induced anxiety, that you can not keep your cool when someone calls in sick. Imagine the pressure they get from their bosses between the endless paycuts, increasing expectations and disrespect.
I'm not saying douchey behavior is justified, but imagine the journey that person had to go through before they got to the point of being a shitty human being.
I highly doubt they go to bed as happy people either. Must really suck.
