I have gastroparesis, POTS and a whole mixture of gastro health stuff . I got asked by a company knowing I’m disabled , my big boss was okay with me needing extra breaks and such .
Now I have a supervisor doing a one on one with me that it’s unfair to other staff that I do it , it’s lazy and arguing with me on why I need to take the extra breaks .
If I was hired knowing I had some limitations bht can still do my job … can I do or say anything ?
