voluntarily identifying disability in job applications – yes or no?

I have multiple but I'm able to work – I know pretty much all companies have government “incentives” to hire disabled people or whatever… just curious if there's really a consensus on whether it helps or hurts. I've gone both ways and not noticed a huge difference.
