I got hired to work at a paint store last week. Needless to say, it hasn’t been the best. I haven’t been trained a lot There isn’t much communication between management and staff and I found out this morning they’re transferring me to another store because they’re short staffed. It doesn’t make sense to me considering I’m the only staff member without a car. They did this without telling me or asking me either. I’m ready to quit
