Context: Living in Europe. Did not get a salary correction/index for the last two years. Just got a 4% increase. Inflation in my country is 9.7% at the moment. That is a good 5.7% i lose on my salary each month just for living, sleeping, pooping. How much did you guys/girls/person get? I will ask for a salary increase in 1/2 months btw
