Boss told me in my quarterly meeting today people were “scared to ask me for help” (aka do their jobs for them) and I “don’t have a servant’s heart” because I am aggressive and said no literally one time. Uhhh, that’s a you problem. If you’re asking me to do things within my scope of duties that you’re paying me adequately to do then you don’t need to be scared.
