I recently starting training at a pizza place about a month ago. Ive quickly learned how much of a scumbag the boss is. He yells at everyone for even the smallest mistake, takes half the tips, gets mad when I ask questions, makes you stay for up to an hour past your shift without paying you for it, and doesnt let you have any flexibility with your schedule. I have decided i am quitting sunday without giving any notice, which I think is well deserved. Since he takes half my tips, should I take 100% of them on Sunday since its my last day, and he can't really do anything about it? Looking for an outside opinion, thanks!
