I’m fucking salaried so I can’t get compensated for the extra time and I work in a call center queue so I can’t clock out before 5pm. Fuck being salaried it’s just a way for companies to make you do more then 40 hours without pay. I haven’t had the job long so I don’t know if my work load will take more then 40 hours but I am not working more then that regardless of how “backed up” I might get.
