So I no longer work for this place but am still in contact with a couple coworkers who do. The owner is an overall shitty person and has shorted people out of over time, mistreats the staff and animals in her care, and will basically call the cops and have you permanently barred from the property if you try to civilly dispute it with her just to give an idea. However I got a text from one of my coworkers this morning saying that she had received the w-2 forms for the rest of the employees (mine included) with personal information. Is there any action that can be taken against the employer for leaking that info or at the very least sending the forms months late?
