So if you've been keeping up with my dumpsterfire of a life, this is the third and likely final update.
I jumped the gun a bit with some of the information last time. So to finish things up…
I was transfered to another team, and am entirely remote now, even got the raise I needed. My boss was moved out of the team he had to another team, where nobody knows him. I believe they put made him do some work culture reading or something. Iunno, but he was not fired like I thought.
“I came back”( remote now) to work a bit early because I was bored, but kept my last dew unused vacation days.
My old team is doing much better with a new boss and better management.
I'm not sure what else to say really, if I see any good questions in the comments I'll make edits with answers.
