There was a post asking about the worst perks – I'm now interested in when the better employers get perks right. What's the best perk you've had or seen advertised?
Right now I have a good job. The perks are: pension, flexitime, WFH options, nice coffee on Fridays if you're in the office (which is also kind of an excuse for a skive and a chat).
FWIW I'm in the UK, so already have things like minimum holiday and maternity leave, and don't really need private healthcare (although private healthcare is a perk I've seen advertised a lot).
