Should I call off tomorrow

I work in the kitchen at a nursing home/rehab facility. There’s going to be 3 other people working & typically we only run with 3 anyways. 4 is just an added blessing. I’ve worked 6 days in a row, my manager got suspended, corporate is trying to help out in all the wrong ways, Night Shift hotboxes the dish room & they each only do about 30% of their jobs. I know all signs point to call off but I feel bad for the residents. 2 out of the 3 working tomorrow suck wind and won’t do a good job. However I did mention my stomach hurting a few times throughout my shift today just in case I do decide to call in that way they’ll say “oh yeah she wasn’t feeling great yesterday” Thoughts?
