I worked there off and on for almost 8 years and, while conditions aren't terrible, they could be way better. The amount of corruption and bullshit I've seen, the way they treat their employees like numbers and complaints fall on deaf ears, and the bullshit wages make me sick. Fortunately I'm out of that hell hole and have a much better job. But the more I read in this sub the more I want to get a pro union movement going there. I've thought about flyers and talking to old friends who still work there. I'd entertain any ideas you folks have.
