I work a traveling job and I get paid fairly reasonably for how easy the job is.
I made friends with a kid my age working at a large American hardware store, in a fairly high cost of living community in Boulder County Colorado.
He said they are currently paying $15-17.5 an hour for normal employees.
He told me 5 guys just walked off the job Saturday (if you're reading this I applaud y'all). He got offered a manager job paying $23 an hour, but still it's not enough. Companies are going to be sweating more and more as talent leaves them for better jobs. Keep it up, always bring people with you when you quit.
