Managers chose the side of the corporations. They're the one's who enforce the bullshit policies we all hate. They're the one's we have to ask for raises but they can't give us a livable wage. They always come down on the side of the business they work for and act like their hands are tied when you ask them for something.
They're the one's who write us up when our productivity is low because we're too sick or soar to move at break neck speed. They write us up for calling off sick. They write us up for calling off for family emergencies and personal reasons. They write us up for not letting people use us as a doormat because the “customer is always right.” Sometimes they write us up just to write us up.
They're the one's who fire us and put us in situations where we can't collect unemployment. They make people homeless.
These people chose their side. They do it for power. They do it to stroke their own egos. They do it because they get off on bullying others.
And then there's those who act like they don't have a choice. There's always a choice. That's why there's a difference between people who stood up against the Nazis and people who were considered Honorary Aryans. Honorary Aryans chose to do the Nazis bidding even though they knew it was wrong. We're dealing with selfish people.
I have no sympathy for management. They made their bed. They're part of the problem and like landlords, I don't want to hear their bullshit when it comes to their problems with people not listening to them, etc.
Simply put, these people aren't on our side.
