Favouritism and terrible management.

To be honest, I'm not sure if I'm looking for advice or just ranting, but I really need to get this off my chest. I work for a American company that has it's call centers in Mexico, Colombia and Jamaica among other places. So basically, the kind of company that uses labour from “third world” countries so they can pay peanuts. I initially started working for the largest department, but then out of the blue, got transferred to a different, smaller department, they basically said they were understaffed there and need more help. They fed me a bunch of bullshit, saying that the work was easier and even though the productivity bonuses were smaller, they were easier to get, that was all a lie. They will chip away at the already small amount if your calls are too short, if they are too long, if your break was a few…

I initially started working for the largest department, but then out of the blue, got transferred to a different, smaller department, they basically said they were understaffed there and need more help. They fed me a bunch of bullshit, saying that the work was easier and even though the productivity bonuses were smaller, they were easier to get, that was all a lie. They will chip away at the already small amount if your calls are too short, if they are too long, if your break was a few seconds too long. At the larger department, they allowed you two days off, however the senior manager of my current department said “Having two days off is a privilege, not a right” and makes us work six days a week. They have terrible organisation, they will send 3 to 5 million offers across the country, but only have between 20 and 40 people working, and they never tell us or warn us that they sent the offers, so we will be swamped with calls out of nowhere. The customers here are incredibly rude, just today I have already been called a “fucking stupid bitch” and have had a creep ask if I could give him my number because I sounded “pretty hot over the phone”.
The worst thing however is the nepotism and blatant favouritism. The manager that has been here the longest has his favourites, and it shows. They will log on late, take longer breaks, he will give them 3 hour long meetings while the rest of us have to take the calls that they are not, and yet he will excuse and justify their lack of work and incompetence so that they can still get their productivity bonus. We've tried complaining about this, however all it did was get us on a blacklist. At this point I feel so defeated, but I don't know where to go from here.
