I am back with another question. Where would I go to find worker rights and regulations for religious parties? I am struggling with a new schedule my boss is forming right now. I work Monday – Friday with Saturday and Sunday off. Sunday is reserved for my religious practices, and Saturday is my day off. My employer wants to start putting me on for Saturdays. His reasoning is I already have Sunday off so I don't need another day off. Sunday is an exhausting day for me and not a day off at ALL. So, this would result in me essentially going 7 days a week with little to no break in between shifts. I think this is unfair because Sunday is reserved for religion and not a day off. I want to research rights for religious practices and see if I can find anything to contradict his reasoning. Any advice or suggestions would be extremely welcome as these new changes take effect next week. Thanks guys, you all are awesome.
