My Boss is being insensitive to a family tragedy

I had a tragedy occur in my family Wednesday. The 7 month old baby of a close family member suffocated in his sleep. I notified my boss of what was going on and she said she'd touch base with me on Sunday. Sunday rolls around and she hadn't contacted me, so I tagged her in the work chat, telling her the date of the funeral. Today I get my schedule for this week and she scheduled me to work during the funeral, I addressed her in a private text and asked if it was an oversight and it very clearly wasn't. She started claiming I never got back to her on it and that she assumed on heresay (the information was incredibly misconstrued) that I'd be fine to work that evening. But instead of owning up, she wants me to switch shifts with someone, meaning I now have to work…

But instead of owning up, she wants me to switch shifts with someone, meaning I now have to work at a time reserved for my place of worship.

I don't get paid enough to deal with this bullshit and I am putting in my notice Wednesday morning.
