I shouldn’t be having panic attacks when customers ask simple questions

That's pretty much it. I had a full on panic attack when a customer asked why the price of something was different from what the shelf said. They weren't upset or anything of the sort, but having been in retail for 8 years, I've dealt with so many Karens that I'm prepared for being berated for something as trivial as price differences. Employees shouldn't have to worry about being verbally and emotionally abused at their place of work.
