First off the benefits aren’t great. It’s 50% premium covered by the employer. I already have benefits through the state, as a single parent, I was able to get healthcare for a good price and better coverage than what my work offers me. I’ve only been at the job for 2 months, at 1 month I’m supposed to get my benefits package 401k, etc but never received it. I found out today that I was enrolled into a HSA and 401k profit sharing. Is this even legal?
