So I got hired for a prn nursing position and was trying to get all of my paperwork scanned and emailed to the HR lady, who has been rude through the whole process. Nothing was explained to me about all the documentation needed before I was hired and I had a million things going on but tried to get everything “in her hands or on her desk by 5 sharp”. For one thing, they needed my vehicle registration and auto insurance when that was never brought up before and it’s not a traveling position. It’s a clinic. She was bitching about me via group text between me, her, and the nursing director. The texting pretty much questioned my competency and there was a lot of “back and forth. First, I was already hired. And secondly, the director said that it takes people an average of a week to get everything into HR. So, I declined the offer and am still pissed. I haven’t worked for 10 years (stayed at home with my kids) and this has really lowered self esteem. The HR lady contacted her supervisor immediately, who then contacted their supervisor. I’m not sure why she freaked out so much, all I did was tell them to shove the job up their ass. I don’t want to work for a company that talks about their employees like that and am glad that her negative ass got caught. I’m not going to delete the texts and think I’m going to contact corporate over it. Sorry everyone, just had to vent.
