So I just informed my boss that next month I will be getting surgery after going back into the office this coming Monday. We have been mandated back to work 100%. no discussion. no debate. My boss then said “it's okay you can bring your computer home with you.” I said “no, we're not allowed to work from home I'll be taking some time off…” Long pause.
