When I’ve been working since 10AM, am receiving unreasonable demands and little help, haven’t had any quiet days in a few weeks, and have a headache….
I just close my laptop and do what I want. Nap. Movie. Shower. Walk. Run. Garden. Whatever.
And I don’t feel any guilt.
I’ve done enough for what I’d get paid for today.
My physical and mental health comes first. And it doesn’t have a price tag.
