Then also start making quality apartments to rent out cheap so everyone has a place to live. That would also give some people a decent paying construction job.
If not bonds then some type of similar idea that maybe use the money to invest in infrastructure. Kind of a way for citizens to invest in their country and see a return on the invest in a monetary sense as well. Could be used to make those apartments also.
I’m honestly just a nobody homeless idiot, so this is probably a stupid idea. To me it seemed like it could be maybe a decent idea. Not sure.
