Can communism be optimized and made fair with a computer code ran government?

Im kinda dumb so take this with a grain of salt but a AI type government sounds like the only way to have a fair greedless economy. And we could vote on all laws by popular vote to cut out the middle men. Just gotta make sure its like hack proof or something.
