I was just thinking, Businesses always ask for How their employees succeed trying to capture as much value for the organization as possible so it can be applied when they’re gone. I think people need to stop doing this. For example a salesman giving his/her successful sales strategy to the manager to apply to the whole sales team. Good employees need to start asking for equity or massive pay increases to divulge that information. They are paying us to work… not to provide strategy. I’m just saying if it’s me, I’m going to need some equity to give you the info of “how” I do things. Business is so entitled these days that if you aren’t licking a boot then that makes you lazy and a bad employee.
