That was my last post on this subreddit and I heard back from the company last week. They had flooded my inbox with several messages about all the opportunities they had for me and asking if I would like to accept the position. Here’s the interesting part, the role that they’re offering pays $13/hour less than what I already make and would require me to provide care for patients with vents, trachs, tube feedings, bed bound patients that require a lot of care (which as a nurse, I’m totally okay with that but you’re going to need to pay me accordingly). So, I politely declined the position and have heard absolutely nothing from them- at all. I’m really starting to think I completely dodged a bullet with this one!
