I'm sorry if this is the wrong place to post but I need some clarification. My manager recently shared a “grading rubric” for something I do at work (don't want to be too specific). The grading rubric includes actual measurable things that are part of my job, however, it is includes grading my internet (something I can't control), if I have “high positive energy” (this is biased and cannot be measured) and how well I speak. I'm in CA and I'm wondering if this is ok for them to do? This seems very unfair and biased.
