I have been documenting my dumpster fire of a boss since I first started working in her office. She has been extremely sexist, sometimes racist (I'm not white but she is), graphic, rude, and favors men she finds attractive over women she envies. Every time I get up to go to the bathroom or get water is being monitored. I went on break with a male colleague she likes and I got reprimanded for going past 5 minutes but not him. She always laughs and smiles all the time while giving me a complaint as if she finds it absolutely hilarious. I told her I'd go to hr about the bathroom breaks and she was smiling the whole time. I actually went to a doctor and specialist for issues of going to the bathroom. I work for a gov contractor and have to take a poly next week but this company has people leaving every week because it's a failing company. Should I go to hr or keep documenting and wait?
