My job seems like it going down hill fast, we're down to one foreman a journeyman and one other Apprentice. We have work just can't keep people with all the travel we do, my foreman and the other Apprentice are talking about leaving and I have a couple job opportunities lined up that pay more not counting the per diam and is in town too. I'm just not sure what to do but I want some opinions
