I’ve applied to 100+ jobs that I am well qualified for in a little under 2 months. I’ve only got a handful of phone/zoom interviews and 3 in person interviews. Not once have I gotten an offer. Many times do I see these same jobs getting reposted on indeed. I don’t understand. How could you be “urgently hiring” on December 1st yet still be on February 14th? People are looking for work, but these damn companies have to meet us halfway.
