Is this wage theft? What should I do?

Hi all, So I started with a company as a “salaried employee”. I have had to miss several days due to illness and doctors appointments. Each of these days have been deducted from my paychecks. I knew they were being deducted since my paychecks were not the “full amount” but especially so when my employer set payroll on Wednesday and I received an email saying my paystub was ready and it showed the full amount for salary, I was in hospital on Thursday and Friday I woke up to a significant deduction in pay so I tried to check my paystub and got a notice that it was “deleted by employer” and they had created a new paystub for a lesser amount. Hi all,

I unfortunately did not think to print the initial paystub though. After trying to figure out what the “daily rate” would be it seems they removed 4 days of pay though all in all I was out for 3 days. One the first week of the pay period and then the Thursday and Friday of payday. What are my options? I live in Denver, Colorado. My employer does offer sick pay accruement and I did not have enough to cover my days.
