If your employer is being an ass, expecting you to do all the work while understaffed and not getting paid to reflect that. Tell them to help you cover, or have a good job lined up and leave.

I am just tired of the lack of empathy some of these employers have. Though I have much respect for employers who actually care about you. I am just a stickler about those who only care about themselves. What do you think? How does your employer deal with being understaffed?
