tldr: just a rant. Title says it all.
I’m quitting my job as a store manager. I quit. I’m done. I feel bad for all of my employees that will no doubt get some douchebag of a boss in my place but I can’t do it anymore. I just got a new boss back at the end of March and it’s awful. My bf is also a manager for the same company and we are both lining up new jobs and we are going to walk out on her no notice no nothing. I will coach my staff and prepare my staff so they don’t fall apart but, done. I saw an article today that for every American there are two open job positions. Wtf am I staying where I am underpaid and undervalued?
