Manager made another employee hit me last week + more

I don’t want to give too many details (I am in contact with a lawyer), but in short I made a joke at work and the manager decided to tell another employee to slap me for it. I said that I did not consent to being slapped, and said that it was assault after I was slapped. The manager then laughed it off and left after saying that “he can’t do it because he’s a supervisor but my co worker can.” After he left the co-worker who slapped me apologized and I don’t really blame her as she needs the money from the job and didn’t want to risk any trouble with management. In my first few weeks of employment I was asked why I was changing my gloves so often. This is a food service job, and I sure as fuck wouldn’t want cross contaminated food if I were vegetarian. The manager asked if I had OCD, which I responded that it was rude of him to say that and that I clearly did not. He then said “you sure?” And left. There are other examples of unfair treatment but this is just one of them.

Today I walked into the office and threatened to sue before quitting on the spot.

I’m planning on taking this to a lawyer for a toxic work environment and unpaid wages. I am still owed over $500 dollars of unpaid wages from over three months ago that I haven’t received.
