Is there a subreddit for tenant’s rights?

My landlord is garbage and incredibly shady. The way units work in our complex is that everyone signs their own separate lease, and there are four tenants per unit. Two of my now former roommates moved out before the end of their lease earlier this week. Good riddance, they were a nightmare. However, without telling us, the landlord relet their lease and out of nowhere a stranger walks in on me and my partner (who holds the other lease) while we are ahem unpresentable since we thought we had the place to ourselves. When we messaged the landlord, they mentioned that they don’t have to disclose to us if they are adding a new tenant to our unit and that it is up to our previous roommate to disclose it to us.
