I have been having symptoms since Tuesday, but was forced to come in regardless. Yesterday was my first day off since I started showing symptoms and took the test early in the morning. Test results came back positive.
I informed the boss that I need to quarantine for 5 days from the moment I started showing symptoms and would be back at work Monday.
She asked me to take a minute home test Saturday morning and if I test negative to come home.
I work in a high tourist location and would be putting a lot of elderly people at risk if I do come in.
Is there any legal actions I can take against my boss?
