I just saw a former co-worker re-post this cliche from the page for Black Rifle Coffee on LinkedIn. I’m in the suck at work rn and it made me doubly realize I hate this shit.
What if I don’t want to embrace the suck anymore? What if the suck is the result of poorly designed processes, knuckleheads with giant egos and crap technology we use because the firm is cheap? What if I’m no longer receptive to using military slogans in civilian jobs because civilian life is not the military and half the people who do this have never even served? Fuck the suck. How about Fix This Shit, instead?
