I'm currently in the preliminary stages of building an end to end job site which service various parties. However it's an emphasis on the user. The individuals involved rather then large corporations.
Think something slightly different to current websites like Seek, LinkedIn etc. But with an emphasis on the human aspect and experience of the process.
Obviously, a primary aspect of that is the searching user. Being a significantly important user in this platform, I'm aiming to integrate an array of functionality to assist you!
When you are looking to scout and employ new people, what are the tools that are available and valuable to you, and what is missing? What is something that assists you in your role?
