First post here but I've been lurking this sub for awhile. I don't want this to come off as entitled because I know people on here have much shittier working conditions (Amazon, UPS, etc)
Currently we have no HVAC in our building. No AC, no heat. I worked this winter in my office with a space heater(it was usually 45° in my office) but it's supposed to get to 90° this week where I'm located. Can someone point me to OSHA laws or something I can show my boss to help explain why we should not be sitting in an office, with no opening windows, without AC? Last time this happened they told us too bad and it was 87° in my office for a full 9 hour day.
edit: Grammar.
