Just a few things I’ve experienced with the company that I hope will help someone else from making my mistake of accepting the job with them.
- They actively discourage and retaliate against people who want to unionize or even discuss it.
- If you’re down with nepotism and “special favors”, you’ll go far with no restrictions.
- Racism is a qualification. To the point, you can use slurs with no repercussions (even from HR).
- Need any type of support from any manager? Sucks. Figure it out yourself. Honestly, you’re lucky if you even get trained.
- Want a raise? Too bad. The CEO needs another bonus.
- Expect to be overworked because people are getting smart to the bullshit company culture and leaving.
I’ve dealt with each of these on multiple occasions. There’s no help no matter how far you go up the ladder. Most of the time you get “respect the chain of command”. Just don’t bother.
