I have a desire to start a non-hierarchically structured farm where instead of having employees, I have co-owners with whom profits are evenly distributed. I mostly want to sell locally with a very community focused mindset, but want to do so in a way where I and the other owners can live comfortably. Does anyone have any experience or advice on how to turn something like this from a dream to reality?
