Ok so I’ve been with the facility I’m at for about 9 months now. I’ve noticed most of the office staff are friends with each other/ follow each other on social media. My social media is not under my real name so clients/professional world can’t find me. The manager here keeps asking about social media. She will bring it up “casually” which she definitely plans how she brings it up just to strike the conversation with me yet again! She’ll say share this to your Facebook etc etc etc. I always reply I don’t have social media. Well today it happened AGAIN! I said I don’t have Facebook. She replied “what about instagram” I said nope no social media. You could tell she didn’t like my response. So she said “Wow you’re real stale aren’t you!?” I just replied I don’t feel the need to put my life on social media. It doesn’t make sense to me.
Ok what in the actual f!!! I wanted to get so defense and be like b* I have boundaries unlike you and you’re clearly purposely trying to over step them after I’ve had the conversation with you multiple times that I do not have a social media!! It’s just weird to me! Like go away creepy stalker who shouldn’t be in a managerial position!
It’s sick and weird! Why push and why care to be on social with me anyways, so you can hold against what I post and talk shit about it like I’ve heard with my own ears her do with other people in this office! No flippin way psycho!
